This is a performance-driven role with great earning potential and a clear path to advancement. You will:
· Take inbound calls and digital leads
· Qualify customer needs, urgency, and budget to maximize conversion.
· Educate homeowners on HVAC services, maintenance plans, replacements and financing options.
· Handle objections confidently and move customers to action.
· Follow up on unconverted leads to recover revenue opportunities.
· Track activity, conversion rates, and results in CRM (Service Titan experience a plus)
· Collaborate with marketing, customer service, and field sales to drive growth.
What Does It Take to Win?
· 1+ year of inside sales, call center sales, or high-volume customer sales experience
· Hunter mentality with a customer-first approach
· Resilience and grit-no fear of rejection
· Strong closing skills and competitive drive
· Strong time management and multitasking skills
· Clear, confident phone presence and communication skills
· Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, metric-driven environment
· Home services, HVAC, plumbing or trades experience preferred.
· Experience with ServiceTitan, Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar CRM.
· Bilingual (English/Spanish) a strong plus.
